Dhaka, Dec 05: The chief justice on Tuesday directed the inspector general of police to enhance security to all the judges, their courtrooms, transports as well as their residences across Bangladesh.

Chief justice Obaidul Hassan issued the directive to the IGP and the Dhaka Metropolitan Police Commissioner, according to a letter issued by the High Court Division’s registrar Munshi Md Mashiar Rahman on Tuesday.
The registrar said that bombs were blasted recently in the compound of Dhaka District and Sessions Judge’ Court, Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge’s Court and Khulna District and Sessions Judges’ Court.
