Shakib made Test captain, Litton co-captain

Sports desk, June 02: Shakib Al Hasan has been made captain of the Bangladesh Test team for the third time and Litton Das his co-captain.

The decision was taken in the meeting of the Bangladesh Cricket Board’s (BCB) governing body on Thursday.

After the meeting, BCB President Nazmul Hasan Papon formally announced the names of the new captain and his co-captain.

The decision came after incumbent skipper Mominul Haque on Tuesday announced to step down.
