Dhaka, Nov 23: Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Huq today said he would certainly review the memorandum given to him by the pro-BNP lawyers to send party chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia abroad for treatment.
“I would certainly review the memorandum. But there is need of discussion for taking decisions and giving opinions. We would do that. I want to remind that when Khaleda Zia came out of jail following an application of her family, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina had considered the matter from humanitarian aspect,” the law minister said.
He said this after coming out of his meeting with 15 pro-BNP lawyers under the banner of Jatiyatabadi Ainjibi Forum at his secretariat office this noon.

“We have no lack of compassion. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina does not have lack of compassion. She knows how to show compassion,” he further said.
