During the period, 1,181 more people were diagnosed with the virus, raising the total infection to 5,11,265.
Of the total patients, 4,54,563 recovered, with 1,245 made recovery in the last 24 hours.
The daily count came from test of 14,588 samples in the past day. With this, total sample test stood at 31,99,115.
