Sports desk, Oct 03: Kazi Salahuddin was re-elected Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) president, for the fourth time in succession after the BFF Elective Congress 2020 at Hotel Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka Saturday.
A total of 135 out of 139 councilors cast their votes to elect the next executive committee of the BFF for the next four years.
Salahuddin has been the BFF boss for 12 years now, and will once again anchor the country’s football boat for four more years.
The three-time BFF supremo got 94 votes, ahead of the two other candidates, Badal Roy (40) and Shafiqul Islam Manik (1).
Meanwhile, Abdus Salam Murshedy was re-elected as the senior vice president with 91 votes, ahead of Sheikh Mohammad Aslam, who got 44 votes.
