Dhaka, November 17: Primary and Ebtedayee terminal examinations for class V students of general and madrasa education are scheduled to begin across the country from Sunday.
More than 32 lakh examinees will sit for the exams this year, Primary and Mass Education Minister Mostafizur Rahman said this while briefing media at Bangladesh Secretariat on Thursday noon.
He said, “a total of 32,30,288 students will attend the Primary Terminal Examinations which is 24,226 less than that of last year.”
According to the schedule released by the Directorate of Primary Education (DPE), The terminal examinations will begin on November 20 and continue till November 27.
The exam will start at 11:00am and end at 1:30pm every scheduled day.
According to the routine, the English examination of PSC will be held on November 20 while the Bangla on November 21, the Bangladesh & Bishya Parichay on November 22, the Primary Science on November 23, Religion & Moral Education on November 24 and the Mathematics will be held on November 27.
The English examination of Ebtedayee will also be held on November 20 while the Bangla on November 21, the Bangladesh & Bishya Parichay on November 22, the Arabic on November 23, Quran & Tajbid and Akaidh & Fikah on November 24, and the Mathematics will be held on November 27.
