Dhaka, September 22: BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia on Thursday returned home from Saudi Arabia after performing holy Hajj in Saudi Arabia.
Earlier, Khaleda Zia reached Dubai of the United Arab Emirates by a flight of Emirates Airlines from Muhammad Bin Abdul Aziz Airport in Madina. After two hours of brief stop-over there, the Emirates flight carrying Khaleda Zia landed at the Dhaka airport.
On September 7 last, Khaleda Zia left Dhaka for Jeddah by a flight of Saudi Airlines.
The former prime minister went Saudi Arabia to perform holy Hajj at the invitation of Saudi King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Soud. A 10-member entourage also accompanied the BNP Chairperson.
During the performing Hajj, Khaleda Zia’s eldest son Tarique Rahman and other members of the family joined her.
