Bangladeshi real estate businessman hacked dead by house owner in US

311 desk, February 23: A Bangladeshi origin real estate businessman was allegedly hacked to dead by his house owner at Bronx area in New York in the US on Wednesday night (local time).
The deceased was identified as Zakir Khan, 44, a resident of Nek Section of Bronx.
Quoting police US news agency said Zakir was hacked to dead at his own residence at Bronx. Primarily house owner was suspected for the murder and was detained by police.
Bangla TV New York director Akbar Haider who was closest to the deceased said Zakir’s house owner might have hacked him. Later police recovered him and rushed to a local hospital where the doctors declared him dead.
Zakir was well known among the Bangladeshi community in New York and was very popular, he added.
